Terms of Use

Last updated 12 October 2026. By creating an account or using CAAPID Mentor you agree to these terms.

What CAAPID Mentor is

CAAPID Mentor is a planning and writing application for internationally trained dentists applying to US advanced standing programs. It is run by Dr Dev Prajapati. It is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ADEA, the ADEA CAAPID application service, or any dental school. CAAPID is a mark of its respective owner, used here only to describe what the product helps with.

Your account

  • One account per person, for your own application. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
  • A purchase unlocks the paid features for your account and your cycle. It is personal and cannot be shared, resold or transferred.
  • We may suspend an account that abuses the service, scrapes it, shares access or harasses mentors or other members.

Your documents are yours

The personal statement, CV and other documents built from your answers belong to you. Use them in your application however you want. We claim nothing over your story.

Everything else is ours

The software, the design, the writing systems and guidance, the school requirement data, the events and clinics directories, and all text and content of this product are the property of CAAPID Mentor and are protected by copyright. © 2026 CAAPID Mentor. All rights reserved.

  • No copying, scraping, crawling or bulk downloading any part of the product or its data.
  • No reproducing, reselling or redistributing the content, the guidance or the directories, in any form, commercial or not.
  • No using the product to build or inform a competing product.
  • No reverse engineering or attempting to extract the systems that produce the documents.

Honest limits

  • No one can guarantee an interview or an admission, and we do not. We publish our real numbers and how they were earned.
  • School requirements, deadlines, events and clinic details are checked against official sources, and schools change them without notice. Always confirm against the school's own page before acting.
  • CAAPID Mentor is not legal, immigration or financial advice.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. For any question about a purchase, message Dr Dev on WhatsApp at +1 813 296 9332 and it will be resolved directly.
